Mistaken identities, clandestine assignations and misplaced but explosive jealousies, all happening at breakneck speed! What else could it be but a wonderful classic farce. Add to that an update by David Ives which serves to heighten the sexual allusions and the play becomes even more hilarious.
A Flea in Her Ear stars David Abbott, Fernanda Aguilar, Tyra d'Costa, Tanya Elchuk, Brian Hinson, Eric Keogh, Jeff Kopp, Bill McNaughton, Adam Manfredi, Jordon Navratil, Christine Reinfort, Matthew Ramer, Yasmin Tayob and David Wallace.
A Flea in Her Ear is directed by Brian Parkinson, with lighting design and technical direction by Alexander Forsyth, set design by Chris Bayne, costume design by Linda Begg, and sound design by Brian Parkinson. It is stage managed by Jillian Burke with assistant stage management by Alyssa Mawussi and Linda Gray, and is produced by Linda Begg with assistant producer Donna Webb.
A Flea in Her Ear runs at the Jericho Arts Centre: June 2-25, Thurs - Sat at 8 pm, Sun at 2 pm.
